Refund policy

We hope you love your Doll Damage order! 💗 If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Non-returnable items: Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
